God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, “Bear fruit, become many, and fill the earth.
Fear of you and dread of you will be on every animal of the earth and on every bird of the sky, on everything that crawls on the ground, and on all the fish of the sea. Into your hand they are given.
Every moving thing that is alive will be food for you. As I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.
But flesh with its life, its blood, you shall not eat.
And surely your blood, of your lives, I will require. From every animal I will require it, and from the human. From each man for his brother I will require the life of the human.
Whoever sheds the blood of a human, by a human his blood will be shed, for in the image of God he made the human.
And you, bear fruit and become many. Swarm on the earth and become many on it.”
God said to Noah and to his sons with him,
“I, look, I am establishing my covenant with you and with your offspring after you,
and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the livestock, and every animal of the earth with you, from all that came out of the ark to every animal of the earth.
I will establish my covenant with you: never again will all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood, and never again will there be a flood to ruin the earth.”
God said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I am giving between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for generations, for all time.
I have set my bow in the cloud, and it will be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.
When I bring a cloud over the earth, the bow will be seen in the cloud,
and I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh, and the waters will not again become a flood to ruin all flesh.
The bow will be in the cloud, and I will see it, to remember the covenant of all time between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”
God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant that I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.”
The sons of Noah who came out of the ark were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Ham was the father of Canaan.
These three were the sons of Noah, and from these the whole earth was peopled.
Noah, a man of the ground, began and planted a vineyard.
He drank from the wine and became drunk, and he uncovered himself inside his tent.
Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father’s nakedness and told his two brothers outside.
Shem and Japheth took the garment and put it on both their shoulders and walked backward and covered their father’s nakedness. Their faces were turned away, and they did not see their father’s nakedness.
Noah woke from his wine and knew what his youngest son had done to him.
He said, “Cursed be Canaan. A servant of servants he will be to his brothers.”
He said, “Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Shem, and let Canaan be a servant to him.
May God make space for Japheth. Let him dwell in the tents of Shem, and let Canaan be a servant to him.”

- Translation
Yaft is “make space,” and it matches the name Japheth, Yefet. The one who dwells in the tents of Shem is not named beyond the “him” of the sentence.
Noah lived three hundred and fifty years after the flood.
All the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years, and he died.
